Get Back in The Game

Many successful people love the Stock Market, Others like to follow commodities or even Day Trade. Then there are those people who insist on something more tangible than a piece of paper. These are the people that are passionate about real estate. These people don’t always trust what they can’t see. They want to be able to see physical proof of their assets because it gives them a great sense of satisfaction. These are the people that have a passion for real estate. They like the idea of being able to drive up and see their investments.  Many of them even like the idea of owning multiple vacations homes for their family’s personal use.

But, there has been a problem. For the past six or seven years, this group has remained sidelined with respect to real estate investments. After all, it didn’t make sense to acquire a declining asset, especially with up to 50% price corrections occurring in the most volatile geographic markets. Even though the desire to own real estate was strong, many in this group chose to own appreciating assets such as gold and stocks.

Now, as with all things, timing is everything. The days of skyrocketing prices in gold and stocks are long gone. And, finally after years of hibernation as a growth asset, real estate has finally showed signs of awakening from its deep slumber.  An article in the Wall Street Journal talked about how automobile sales in The United States could climb to nearly 16 Million from a devastating low of under $10 Million just a few short years ago. If a dramatic recovery has already occurred with the automobile industry, stock market and gold prices, how can the inevitable explosion of real estate and construction not occur in 2017?

Yes, the time is finally here where all of those people who have had to suffer owning boring investments that offer little or no personal satisfaction can finally exploit the opportunity for significant price gains in a product that also provides absolute pleasure and enjoyment.
