2016 LISTING PRESENTATIONS (PART 4)
Collaboration
In parts 1, 2 and 3 of the listing presentation, we discussed:
- Part 1- The Warm-Up – To identify your prospective seller’s personal goals and objectives or what we call their “hot button“.
- Part 2 – Casting a Wide Net – By exposing their property to the entire universe of buyers, answering the question: “Will I be exposed to all luxury buyers?”
- Part 3 – Professional Presentation: Professional Photography & Ad Copy – is used to make sure your property sizzles when being viewed by buyers.
In part 4, the third question every seller should ask their prospective listing agent is:
- Seller’s Question – “Is there just one person (the agent) working for me?”
- Your Response – Collaboration– Unlike many real estate companies, agents at our firm work closely together to find solutions to help every one of our clients meet their objectives. When you combine the talents of many highly skilled and talented agents, it’s remarkable what can be accomplished. What makes us different is that we aren’t focused on carrying a large quantity of listings, rather, we focus on making sure that every seller we represent is successful. I also employ one of the top strategic planners in the real estate industry to develop and implement creative approaches to selling your home.
- Explanation – Two heads are better than one, even if one is a genius. Many agents collaborating to solve a problem are far more successful than even the brightest agent acting alone. We have the luxury of having many of the brightest and best agents in the area working for our company that will help me provide you with cutting-edge solutions to selling your home.
