Things We Should Do or Mail to Your Area
- Brochure on all current listings to all owners in community.
- Postcard invite to all open houses on all properties currently listed.
- Change all future ads to have your photo and name and mass mail residence ad to entire market.
- Do hurricane mailer.
- Do breakdown mailer.
- Do mailers for all buyers in your CRM… get list of hot buyers.
- Do mailers for properties on breakdown report.
- Take new aerials of all homes in farm are and enlarge to 8×10 and have you hand out to all owners.
- Get letters from all old clients saying you are great.
- Complimentary limo card to all residents (or other gift).
- Get profile story done in local newspaper or magazine.
- Set up open house on all listings.
- Call anyone you know in the market area and ask for help.
- Get list of subcontractors that are tied into the market that you can network with.
- Meet guards at resort and then send basket.
- Cocktail party at the Ritz.
- Cocktail party at the home.
- Do mailer with letter talking about the websites and their International buyers.
- Start complimentary home watch service.
- Check to see what the most active charity is in resort and get involved.
- Set up ladies’ luncheon for resort.
- Set up cocktail cruise on waterfront for resort and other residents in your market.
- Get company tag and rear sticker and license plate cover.
- Order shirts for yourself.
